On The Road with
Linda Rettenwander, MSc. //
Before turning a practicing psychologist, Linda worked within the field of medical psychology and education.
Here, she discovered her fascination for looking more in depth towards ones individual story behind presenting symptoms.
Working together with a client and guiding the individual into self-understanding and liberation captures her passion.
Linda has made her way into psychotherapy by engaging in several trainings and workshops across the globe e.g. Austria, U.S.A. and Scandinavia. She has been working as a practicing psychologist since.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered in which a blend of both Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness is used. She uses the wisdom of the client´s felt sense as a central pillar throughout treatment promoting the interconnectedness between brain, mind and body.
Her Dutch/Austrian nationality together with her expat lifestyle allow her to practice in Dutch, English and German.
